Job Description Food & Beverage Manager. As F&B manager at Parkhotel Valkenburg, you will ensure a smooth interaction between kitchen, restaurant and reception at lunches, drinks, dinners and meetings. Emphasis is on supervising the restaurant team where you will also be cooperative. This team consists of about 5 people. Satisfied guests is what we want and what energizes us. We are proud of guests who come back precisely because they feel so at home here.

Parkhotel Valkenburg has different types of guests. Guests who spend a few days at the hotel to enjoy the Limburg environment and hospitality. But also guests who are in the hotel for a business reason for a meeting or training, for example.

The F&B team also has a contribution to make to meet or even better, exceed guest expectations. You value a fine collaboration with other colleagues in order to coordinate everything well and deliver guests a product that is right on all sides. Of course, you have subject matter expertise and are flexible in terms of working hours. But more importantly, I think you know how to make guests happy. By giving just that extra attention or surprising them. Keywords that fit what we expect from you are: hospitality, directing, motivating. You are a team player and take initiative in commercial actions, are represented in the management team of the hotel, think from a vision in which you are strong in convincing and enthusing, have a feeling for numbers and are result-oriented.

Salary: € 2700,00 – € 3200,00, depending on experience.
