About us
We are Parkhotel Valkenburg, a leading hotel in Valkenburg. Our hotel is known for its warm atmosphere, excellent service and attention to detail. We strive to offer our guests an unforgettable experience, and you can play an important role in this!
What will you do?
As an Employee Night Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel during the night hours. You will make sure our guests feel welcome and safe. Your responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering guests’ questions and requests
- Taking and transferring phone calls
- Performing administrative tasks
- Oversee hotel security
- Providing a quiet and neat environment
Who are you?
- You have a friendly and welcoming attitude
- You are stress resistant and can work well independently
- You have an eye for detail and work accurately
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus)
- You are available for night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus but not a requirement
