The Function

Parkhotel Valkenburg has vacancy for an enthusiastic and hospitable receptionist. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in experience.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting guests in the self check-in process using Mews Self Check-in system.
Assist guests with questions, requests or problems during their stay.
Processing payments and managing reservations….
Dealing with complaints or problems in a professional and effective manner.
Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, F&B and maintenance to ensure guests’ stay is hassle-free.
Actively capitalize on commercial opportunities; selling an added service gives you a kick.

Hours: 24-32 per week
Salary: From €2,500.00 gross per month based on full-time employment, excluding vacation pay and allowances.
