Receptionist
The Function
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests in the self check-in process using Mews Self Check-in system.
- Assist guests with questions, requests or problems during their stay.
- Processing payments and managing reservations….
- Dealing with complaints or problems in a professional and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, F&B and maintenance to ensure guests’ stay is hassle-free.
- Actively capitalize on commercial opportunities; selling an added service gives you a kick.

- Hours: 20-32 per week
- Salary: From €2,500.00 gross per month based on full-time employment, excluding vacation pay and allowances.
